nutrition coaching are led by experienced coaches who are committed to helping members succeed in their journey towards health.

CrossFit Foundations
Our CrossFit Foundations Program provides the introduction every new member needs to understand the methodology, modalities, nutrition, lifestyle, and culture at SOLSTICE. During your three (3) 1-on-1 training sessions, 45 minutes each, you will get to experience and learn the foundational movements that make up CrossFit in addition to giving our Coaches an opportunity to learn more about you and your goals.
Each session begins with a general warm-up and “chalk talk” during which the Coach explains the structure, demonstrates the movements, and helps you understand the intent of the workout. The Coach will meet you at your fitness level, making sure you’re comfortable. Our aim is to keep this experience fun while also being educational and challenging.
This Foundations Program is specifically designed for onboarding athletes who are interested in group fitness only. By the end of your three (3) training sessions you will be ready to hit the grounding running with the comfort and confidence needed to start chasing your goals!
CrossFit
CrossFit is our core group fitness program, a 60 minute class of the best high-intensity training available. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to weightlifting and resistance training.

Our program delivers on the CrossFit tenets with workout cycles structured to produce continuous results day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. We use real data from the results you log to design workouts that will stimulate, not annihilate, for optimal adaptation and longevity. Not only do we do the thinking for you, we take extra care to ensure the workouts never get boring or repetitive.

Nutrition
You don’t need another diet. The key to long-term success is using a sustainable and moderate approach to consistently build healthier habits into your life – one step at a time.
Our nutrition coaching program is based on habits, education, and accountability. Unlike fad diets, our program starts with getting to know your current relationship with food, your lifestyle and daily routines, and your goals.
We’ll meet you where you are, determine what is keeping you there, and carve out a step-by-step plan to get you moving forward. We’ll help you break those BIG goals and complex lifestyle changes into small, manageable, daily practices that make sense for you and how you operate.
Our approach will walk you though each concept and habit, just one at a time, with the help of an experienced coach, to ensure you really understand the principles and incorporate the changes for your success.

Personal Training
Sometimes group fitness is intimidating, or you desire a more personal approach to your goals and needs. Let us help you make your journey a success with 1-on-1 coaching sessions or semi-private, small group coaching.
Personal training is perfect for any individual or small groups looking to get the most out of their time spent in the gym. Our team works in private sessions, with individuals to support their life, athletic, and long-term goals. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific competitive goal in mind, our trainers will coach you through a personalized program designed to fit your needs.
We offer packages in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions with flexible scheduling options for morning, day, or evening. And guess what? You don’t need to come to the gym every day of the week to see results. We have found our clients experience the best results working with a coach two to three times per week.

CrossFit Kids & Teens
Here at SOLSTICE, we love sharing our passion for fitness with the younger generation in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens classes. Many studies show that exercise is beneficial for school age children, and that kids can also reap the educational benefits of exercise too!
CrossFit Kids is a 30 minute group fitness program designed for ages 10 to 12. Workouts are meant to be FUN for everyone. Fun means we can create overall fitness and skill development in an interactive and positive atmosphere. Kids build confidence and learn the value of teamwork all while getting fit!
CrossFit Teens is a 60 minute group fitness program designed for ages 13 to 15. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to weightlifting and resistance training. This program serves as a great general physical preparedness (GPP) program for teenage athletes, or active alternative to traditional sports!
