Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to weightlifting and resistance training. Every day is a new challenge, so get ready to take on the day!

QUICKFIT

QuickFit is designed for the business professional or super parent juggling an already full schedule and needing to fit in a fast, effective workout. Small group classes include 30 minutes of high intensity training utilizing mostly cardiovascular and bodyweight movements. Every day is a different workout and the equipment is set up for you, all you need to do is show up!

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a 45 minute group fitness program designed for ages 7 to 12. Workouts are meant to be FUN for everyone. Fun means we can create overall fitness and skill development in an interactive and positive atmosphere. Kids build confidence and learn the value of teamwork all while getting fit!

CrossFit Teens is a 60 minute group fitness program designed for ages 13 to 18. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to weightlifting and resistance training. A great GPP (general physical preparedness) program for teenage athletes, or active alternative to traditional sports!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is for any individual looking to get the most out of their training. Get 1-on-1 training from an experienced coach in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. Fully customized training plans and workout tracking ensure you maximize your results!

You can’t outwork a bad diet! Nutrition is the foundation to overall health and fitness. We offer 1-on-1 nutrition coaching as an add-on to any of our standard membership options.
