Phase 1 – Foundation

The first half of the 8-week Spring Into Health challenge is dedicated to building a fitness and nutrition foundation.

During this 4 week cycle you will learn how to exercise safely while building a cardiovascular foundation. Each day will be different, no two workouts are the same.

You will also be learning about nutrition. Every week you will be introduced to a new core principle while we teach you how to apply it to your lifestyle.

This is your foundation.

Group fitness classes will be offered every Mon/Wed at 6:30pm,  Tues/Thur at 6:30am, and Saturdays at 11:00am.


Phase 2 – Transformation
8 weeks just $179
Begins May 1st!

In the second phase of the 8-week Spring Into Health challenge we build on your foundation. The workouts get more intense and you get to apply all 7 of our nutrition principles.

This 4 week cycle delivers results. You will experience an increase in energy, loss in weight, and added confidence. This phase is extremely challenging but worth enduring.
